  • 1. Registration Participant Form:
  • After having registered for the event each participating company fills in a presentation form on-line. As a buyer you will describe in details your needs, projects and expectations. The supplier/subcontractor will be asked to characterize their skills and know-how.

 

  • 2. Exhibition Catalogue:
  • Each participant will have access to the exhibition catalogue on-line three weeks before the event. The detailed presentation buyers and suppliers fact sheets are presented along with the complete program of the conference and the workshops.

 

  • 3. Your Selection:
  • The thematic index on-line will help you to select the companies that you wish to meet and the conferences and workshops you wish to attend.

 

  • 4. Meeting Validation:
  • The list from suppliers will be passed on to the buyers for validation before scheduling the meetings.

 

  • 5. Detailed Schedule:
  • One week before the exhibition you will receive your customized time table with pre-arranged appointments and selected conferences.
